“LabBuddy helps our students prepare for the lab course and keep track of their experiments! “

The challenge

Better preparation and overview. Because of the many interrelated experiments, students often lose track of what they are doing. We spend a lot of time answering basic questions at the expense of essential content. We hoped that LabBuddy would help us to improve the learning experience for students.

The transformation

The team at LabBuddy developed the Experiment Designs for our course and taught us how to insert and modify content and questions. In the very first year, LabBuddy replaced the lectures and most of the seminars for the lab course.

The final result

The flowchart, arising from the Experiment Designs, allows students to gain a better understanding of the experiments and answer basic questions on their own. As a result, their performance in the laboratory course improved considerably.
