The challenge

Improve preparation of students. We had a very elaborate practical manual; however, this manual was also difficult for students to read. Therefore, students were often ill-prepared at the start of the practicals. Most questions were practical and not in-depth.

The transformation

Students were asked to prepare the practical with the help of LabBuddy. Here the information was compartmentalized and presented to the students in easy to process parts.

The final result

Students were better prepared at the start of the practicals. The questions they asked were more in-depth. They learned more and finished the practical faster.
